What are your operating hours?
We operate by appointment only.
Contact us via message, email or WhatsApp anytime to discuss availability.
We accept calls between the hours of 10am and 7pm, we will always aint to answer but in the event this is not possible we will message you to arrange a convenient contact time, unless a voicemail is left with details of this.
How can customers book a service?
Customers can book through email, in-person, or phone.
Also visit our 'contact' page and fill out the form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Our portfolio page has a more detailed form for choosing a service with us which will speed up booking in time for consultations.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Measham and cover the surrounding areas (usually upto around 10 miles radius).
Please get intouch to find out if we cover your area.
If we have a lot of interest in a further area then we will look to expand.
Are there any cancellation fees?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations this is to allow us to fill your space and our employees are looked after too.
a 50% charge may be enforced for new customer late cancellations or repeated cancellations of 3 or more times within a 6 month period.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies. However, if you have specific products you'd prefer us to use, let us know.
We have our standard chemicals we use but we also have a more natural and eco friendly alternative if this is required.
We are also happy to use your cleaning supplies if required.
How do you ensure a judgement-free service?
Our team is trained to respect every client's home and preferences, ensuring each service is delivered with care and understanding.
